Broker Biography
Reina,
Broker of WindStar Real Estate
raised her children in a small
rural community in Washington
State. She is very proud of
her two sons, Rick and Justin,
their spouses Lisa and Jannies
and grandchildren, Samantha
Lynn and Sawyer Ayers.
Reina
began her real estate career
in 1988 because she loved traveling,
beautiful homes and meeting
people. She is dedicated
to providing “World Class Service”
to her clients through continuing
education and has pioneered
many programs utilizing technology
and catering to her clients
needs. She believes her
clients are a big part of her
success by referring friends,
family and associates. Understanding
that a professional standard
of service is important and
yet enjoying the process of
assisting her clients to locate
and purchase real estate at
the same time.
Upon
arriving in Costa Rica for the
first time, she fell in love
with the culture and people,
as well as the tropical paradise,
and had a dream to sell real
estate at the beach in Costa
Rica, making it an easy decision
to reside in Manuel Antonio,
one of the most beautiful and
visited beaches in Costa Rica.
Residing in Quepos
Manuel Antonio makes it easy
to travel north or south to
locate those special properties
for her clients.
 Reina
has a network in the United
States with clients, Brokers,
Associates and a relocation
service, and has carefully
chosen several business
networks and team players
in Costa Rica to support
a high standard of real
estate practice. Education
and her clients are key
to her success in business.
Fortunate
to have a great agent in Washington
State to assist her in continually
building a referral base, she
continues to provide service
to her client base in Washington
State. Stuart Anderson and Reina
were associates at Windermere
– Mercer Island, Washington
and they share the same standard
and integrity.
