Upon arriving in Costa Rica for the first time, Reina became enamored with the culture, people and family values, as well as the tropical paradise Costa Rica has to offer. Reina’s continuing dream is to sell real estate at the beach in Costa Rica making it an easy decision to reside in Manuel Antonio for her first three years, one of the most beautiful and visited beaches in Costa Rica. Currently residing in Jaco the closest beach town to San Jose the capitol and the international airport.
Reina, Broker of WindStar Real Estate spent her formulative years in Seattle Washington and raised her children in a rural community in Washington State. She is very proud of her two sons, Rick and Justin and grandchildren, Samantha Lynn, Sawyer Ayers and Siena Sun.
Reina began her real estate career in 1988 because she loved traveling, beautiful homes and meeting people. She is dedicated to providing World Class Service to her clients through continuing education and has pioneered many programs utilizing technology and catering to her clients needs. She believes her clients are a big part of her success by referring friends, family and associates.
 Reina has a network in the United States with clients and Brokers and has carefully chosen several business networks and a team in Costa Rica to support a high standard of real estate practice. Her continual education and vast knowledge of Costa Rica is a key to her success in business.
